Chat On is a Cross Platform messenger service by Samsung which lets the users to interact with their friends, classmates etc. Now Samsung has unveils its version 2.0 with a lots of amazing features in it and is available for Android, IOS, PC. Samsung tries to bring a feel of social networking site on their ChatOn messenger. The most amazing feature of ChatOn 2.0 is that you can enjoy chat on PC also.
