These was some time when Symbian was the biggest mobile OS and Most Popular Operating system but the time has changes now IOS, Android, Windows etc are on top of the List.
According to Nokia Q4 2012 it has sold 2.2 million Symbian OS which is half as many as the Lumia. Symbian was a milti-brand proposition from Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola and Psion and was used in 1998. Nokia tool it under full control in 2008.
