Sony Xperia Z-Specs and pricing leaked

In the upcoming CES-2013 Sony is all set to launch Sony Xperia Z aka Sony C660X Yuga.The specification and pricing of this device has been leaked.As per an ad on Thailand forum SonyXP this gadget will be priced around 19,990 Baht or $660.But this above mentioned price is for Thailand region only and is likely to vary in other regions.
The rumors regarding this device began when it was undergoing Benchmarks tests.The rumored specifications of this device are as follows-

Full HD 5 inch display
128 GB in built memory
12 MP camera
3000 mAh battery
2 GB RAM
1920x1080 resolution with 440 ppi

The device might be running on Jelly Bean 4.1.1.Sony is known for its excellent camera quality and this device is no exception.As far as internal memory is concerned,it seems like in 2013 all the high end phones will have 128 GB memory as Galaxy S4 and iPhone 6 will be launched in 128 GB variant.

There is no information on processor of this device but it might be having a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor.Talking about the looks of this device,this device may come along with unbreakable display and the back side of this device will be black.The back side may resemble to Apple' iPhone 4S.Along with Xperia Z another gadget Xperia ZL will also be launched.Xperia ZL is thicker,heavier but smaller to Xperia Z.
Taking the specification into consideration,this device will give tough fight to HTC's One X and Samsung's Galaxy S3.Android lovers will have to think hard before buying any of these devices.We will have to wait for CES-2013 to have full insights of this device.
